Rope Cutter Prop Protector 40 mm SOM007

Manufactured in one piece with a width of only 12 mm (0.47″), the Slide-On is designed for installations where the gap between the propeller and the shaft bearing is small.
A total gap of only 18 mm (0.7″) is sufficient for installation; this includes 6 mm (1/4″) of space for water to circulate to the shaft bearing.

After removing the propeller, the cutter simply slides onto the shaft and is secured with a set screw that locates into a small pre-drilled dimple made in the shaft using a 6 mm HSS drill bit.

This version of Prop Protector is available for shafts of  20 mm diameter up to 55 mm.
